WANTED: FULL-TIME EDITOR & CONTENT MACHINE FOR AUSTRALIA'S MOST DANGEROUS PODCAST
I built a $40M company. Lost everything — publicly. Bankruptcy, banning order, headlines. Now I'm telling the whole story on camera, in real time, with nothing hidden — and 100% of show revenue goes to the investors who lost money.
The show is How The F*ck Did I Get Here. The story is real. The stakes are real. And the person who turns this raw material into content a million people can't scroll past — is you.

THE ROLE — FULL-TIME, FIXED SALARY
The podcast is the main gig — but you own ALL my content. Show episodes, personal brand, everything I hand you.
Turn 60–75 min episodes into 30–40 short-form clips a month that stop thumbs dead in 1.5 seconds.
Cut long-form YouTube episodes with retention-first pacing — cold opens mid-confession, no dead air, emotional beats given room to breathe.
Burned-in subtitles, hook text, b-roll, sound design that hits in the chest.
Publish every full episode to every streaming platform — YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and everywhere else via our podcast host — thumbnails, titles, show notes, chapters, all of it, on schedule, every week without fail.
Post all short-form content across all socials — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn — and write the captions using AI tools, tuned to each platform.
Study what's winning (DOAC, Rogan clips, the best of the genre) and beat it.
Beyond the podcast: you'll also edit and publish content for my personal brand and other content streams alongside the show. The podcast is the priority — but the scope is growing, and the right person grows with it into the content engine for everything I do.

Fluent in the modern short-form workflow — CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and bonus points for Descript.
Love learning about and using the latest AI content tools on a daily basis
Bonus if you know Riverside.fm — that's where the show is recorded, so experience with it is a plus. If you don't have it, that's fine; it's easy to pick up, and knowing your way around the export and multitrack side is what matters.
