Location: Sydney (Hybrid/Flexible)

About Us

We’re building two ambitious businesses and are looking for an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager to help drive their next stage of growth.

Business 1 – Brilliant Electric
An established electrical contracting company specialising in commercial, industrial and Level 2 electrical services across Sydney. Our goal is to become the most recognised and trusted electrical contractor in our market.

Business 2 – Peak Running
A new running coaching and media company helping runners of every level improve through coaching, education, community, events and partnerships. Our vision is to become Australia’s leading running community.

We’re looking for someone who is equal parts marketer, content creator and growth strategist.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Brand Growth

* Develop and execute the marketing strategy for both businesses.
* Build strong, recognisable brands across all digital platforms.
* Create campaigns that increase awareness and engagement.

Content Creation

* Film, edit and publish high-quality videos and reels.
* Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
* Capture on-site electrical projects and running events.
* Build content calendars and maintain consistent posting.

Lead Generation

* Generate qualified enquiries for Brilliant Electric.
* Build marketing funnels that convert followers into customers.
* Optimise websites and landing pages for conversions.
* Manage Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
* Improve SEO and local search rankings.

Analytics & Strategy

* Measure campaign performance.
* Report on leads, conversions and ROI.
* Continuously improve marketing based on data.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience growing businesses through digital marketing.
* Strong social media and content creation skills.
* Excellent videography and editing abilities.
* Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Knowledge of SEO, email marketing and CRM systems.
* Strong copywriting skills.
* Self-motivated, organised and full of ideas.
* Able to work independently and take ownership.

Bonus Points

* Experience marketing service-based businesses.
* Experience in construction, electrical or trade industries.
* Experience in fitness, endurance sports or coaching.
* Graphic design skills.
