We're a private finance business managing a growing portfolio of private loans. We're profitable, we're scaling, and we're looking for ONE exceptional finance and compliance professional to own our entire finance function.
Not assist with it. Own it.
You will report directly to the owners. You'll be trusted with the numbers, the reconciliations, the reporting, and the integrity of the whole operation. This is the most trusted seat in the business — and we're looking for someone we can build a long future with.

Full reconciliation of every transaction across all records and payment channels — every peso accounted for, no exceptions

Monthly quality-assurance calls with customers

THE COMPLIANCE EDGE (THE MOST IMPORTANT PART)
This role exists to protect the business. That means we need someone who is naturally sharp, a little bit sceptical, and genuinely good at uncovering things that aren't right. You'll be the person who verifies that everything reported is real, who catches the discrepancy others would miss, and who isn't afraid to dig, question, and call something out when it doesn't sit right. If you have that instinct — that quiet radar for when something's off — you are exactly who we want.
YOU MUST BE EXCELLENT WITH AI TOOLS
We run lean and smart, and we expect you to lean heavily on AI (Claude, ChatGPT and similar) to reconcile faster, spot patterns, draft reports, and work like a team of five. If you already use these tools daily and love finding new ways to work smarter, you'll thrive here. If you don't yet — but you're hungry to master them — tell us.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or audit (CPA or part-qualified is a plus; instinct and accuracy matter most)
Excellent with Google Sheets and fast with new tools
Confident, fluent written English for reporting
Self-sufficient, innovative, and a natural problem-solver
Meticulous, sceptical in the right way, and impossible to fool
Rock-solid honest and highly discreet
