JOB OVERVIEW

Experience with marketing is a plus but NOT required as we'll train the right candidate.

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our real estate team!

You'll be the operational engine of our marketing — the person who keeps our content pipeline running day to day. Almost everything you'll do, we have tutorials, videos, SOPs, and coaching for. Some tasks will include general virtual assistant work.

But more than just a coordinator, we are looking for a PARTNER. I need someone trustworthy, competent, and reliable. We want someone to grow with our team as we become more successful, you will too.

This role primarily deals with executing on our marketing strategies on YouTube and social media platforms.

We call this a MARKETING COORDINATOR role.

No experience necessary, we have a full training program for you as well as Marketing Manager to help you every step of the way. We have a handbook, videos, and 1 on 1 coaching for this role. We do expect this person to learn quick, think for themselves, and not just take orders but to use their best judgement on executing action items.

You may work from home for this position so you can spend less time commuting to and from work and spend more time with family or your loved ones.

You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager, who will support you every step of the way. We have a handbook, videos, and 1-on-1 coaching for this role. We expect you to learn quickly, think for yourself, and use good judgement on executing action items, not just take orders.

We may put you through a course to level up your YouTube and social media skills. We're also open to buying courses for you to grow in marketing.

There will be a 3-month probation period from the time you start; if it's the right fit, you'll be offered a full-time salaried position with benefits that are rare with an overseas company.

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your competency and level of skill and other people that apply to the job.
Working Hours: 4 pm to 12 am (Calgary, Alberta, Canada Mountain Time)

I run the LiveInnerCity Real Estate Team in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We have a team of VAs from the Philippines and I'm now looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator. We're not just looking for a coordinator, but a partner we can depend on.
