We're Hiring: Remote DM Closer

We're looking for a motivated, full-time DM closer to join a growing team. This is a long-term position with real growth potential as we scale — not a short-term gig.

What we need from you:

Excellent written English — natural, fluent, professional grammar. You'll be communicating directly with U.S. clients, so clear, polished writing matters.
Reliable, consistent daily attendance. If you're going to skip days or aren't dependable, please don't apply.
Open to constructive feedback and able to learn quickly.
Strong independent judgment — able to handle client situations on your own without needing a manager to step in.
Comfortable working toward daily KPIs and following structured processes.
Open availability.
Long-term mindset — we want someone who wants to grow with the company, not just fill a seat.

What you'll be doing:

Managing and responding to leads across Instagram and TikTok
Reactivating past leads and working them through our proven process
Closing deals and hitting daily KPIs
Working inside GoHighLevel and Google Sheets to track your pipeline
Reporting your numbers daily

Compensation: Base pay + commission, or a flat rate — open to discussing which structure fits you best.

Training: Full training and all materials provided — you won't be figuring this out on your own.
