JOB OVERVIEW

About us:

We're a rapidly growing e-commerce brand, selling across 10+ European markets. We are looking for a high-level researcher with real e-commerce/dropshipping experience to dominate Meta Ad Library and TikTok daily to find high-converting content worth testing. We will train you on our specific workflow, but we are not teaching market instinct you must already have it.

The work: We will provide the tools and walk you through our specific scouting process for Ad Library and TikTok. You must be able to distinguish between a product that just "looks nice" and one that actually converts. After training, you will deliver regular, high-quality reports on what we should test next.

What we need:

E-commerceExperience:You must understand the mechanics of theproducts that sell. You aren't just clicking around; you're analyzing.

Shopify Proficiency: A background in Shopify is highly preferred.

Strategic Instinct: You are a fast learner of our process, but you bring your own market intelligence to the table.
Consistency & Reliability: This is ongoing, regular work. We need someone we can count on long-term.
Proactive Communication: You ask the right questions upfront and always deliver on time.

2. Experience: Briefly describe your experience with Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, or other research tools.

Heads up:* The interview process will include direct questions about product psychology and ad mechanics. If you cannot articulate why an ad works, this role is not for you. We are hiring for judgment, not just execution.
