We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can keep campaigns running smoothly, refine what already works, and ensure every deliverable supports lead generation and growth.

Kalibrate-Ed is an Australian education consultancy helping families achieve education strategy outcomes.
This role focuses on coordinating and executing campaigns using proven strategy, repurposed assets and established workflows. You’ll work alongside the Growth Director to ensure strategy translates into well-executed campaigns.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. Coordinate campaign execution
• Roll out campaigns using repurposed high-performing assets.
• Refresh messaging to align with current positioning and timing.
• Ensure outputs remain clear, relevant and consistent.
2. Plan and manage timelines
• Schedule campaign deliverables across
• Keep pre-launch campaign tasks on track.
• Ensure campaigns go live smoothly and on time.
3. Keep teams aligned
• Coordinate marketing deliverables between our content writer and graphic designer.
• Track progress and maintain workflow clarity.
• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
4. Maintain quality & brand consistency
• Review content and visuals for clarity, tone and alignment with campaign goals.
• Ensure all assets are of the highest quality based on our brand and content guidelines, impactful and audience-relevant.
5. Monitor performance & support improvement
• Track key engagement and performance indicators.
• Share practical insights to support ongoing campaign improvement.
6. Working with the Growth Director
• You’ll support campaign execution by translating strategic direction into clear timelines, workflows and deliverables, while providing operational feedback to strengthen results.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years experience coordinating Marketing campaigns and documenting workflows
• Strong organisational and project coordination capability
• Experience using marketing tools (e.g. ContentStudio,
• Confidence working remotely with cross-functional teams
• Bonus: Experience supporting lead generation campaigns for Australian audiences.
• Bonus: Experience in using Buffer platform.
