HR Officer (Work From Home) – Australian Company
Salary: ?30,000 – ?40,000/month (Based on Experience)
Location: Work From Home (Philippines)

We're looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our Australian team! If you have a passion for recruitment, people management, and HR operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Staff rostering and scheduling
End-to-end recruitment
Employee onboarding
Performance monitoring
HR compliance
Support People & Culture initiatives
General HR administration

Requirements
Previous HR experience is required
Healthcare industry experience is an advantage but not required
Strong recruitment and HR administration skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Highly organised and able to work independently
Attention to detail, task orientated and able to complete requested tasks
