JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Web Developer with strong SEO awareness to build, optimize, and maintain high-performance websites that scale in search visibility and technical quality.

You will work closely with SEO strategists, content teams, and designers to ensure that websites are crawlable, indexable, fast, and semantically structured, while maintaining clean code and excellent user experience.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain websites with SEO-first architecture and clean HTML structure
• Implement technical SEO best practices (Core Web Vitals, crawl efficiency, indexing control)
• Optimize page speed, rendering, and server responses (CWV, lazy loading, caching)
• Ensure proper use of semantic HTML (H1–H6 hierarchy, internal linking, contextual components)
• Implement and maintain structured data (JSON-LD)
• Work with log files, redirects, canonicals, pagination, and hreflang
• Collaborate with SEO teams on scalable, programmatic page generation
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues across large websites

Requirements
• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web standards
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, and PageSpeed Insights
• Ability to work on large websites with thousands of URLs
• Attention to detail and clean, maintainable code practices

Nice to Have
• Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale content systems
• Knowledge of server-side rendering, caching layers, or CDN setups
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Search Console, log analysis, crawlers)

This role is ideal for a developer who understands that code quality, performance, and SEO are deeply connected, and wants to build websites that perform well both for users and search engines.
