JOB OVERVIEW

We book consultations for medical spas and laser clinics across the United States. When someone submits a form for laser hair removal, Botox, or body contouring, your job is to call them within 60 seconds and get them onto the clinic's calendar.

You are not selling treatments. You are not quoting prices. You are booking consultations and making sure people actually show up.

This is a phone role. You will be on the phone for most of your shift. If you don't like talking to strangers, this is not for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Call new leads within 1-2 minutes of them submitting a form. Speed is the entire game.
- Work a follow-up cadence on leads who don't answer the first time. Most bookings come from attempt 3-6, not attempt 1.
- Handle inbound calls and text replies from prospective patients
- Book directly into each clinic's calendar and confirm the appointment on the call
- Send confirmation and reminder messages so bookings turn into show-ups
- Log every call outcome accurately, every time

PAY
$5/hour base, plus $5 for every appointment you book, plus weekly performance bonuses starting at $100 for hitting targets. Warm inbound leads only, no cold prospecting. Scripts and systems are already built and proven.

REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years outbound calling, appointment setting, or inside sales
- Clear, warm, neutral-accent English. Patients need to trust you in the first five seconds.
- Split shift covering US Eastern and Pacific business hours
- Minimum 25 Mbps wired internet plus a backup connection
- Noise-cancelling USB headset and a genuinely quiet room
- Comfortable being measured on daily numbers

- Aesthetics, healthcare, or med spa background
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
