JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Kajabi and Online Course Operations Manager who can take ownership of our day-to-day course operations.

This is not a basic virtual assistant role. We need someone who can manage Kajabi, coordinate consultants, organize course projects and make sure that tasks are completed on time.

You should be proactive, highly organized and able to work independently without waiting for instructions for every small task.

Main Responsibilities
Build, organize and update online courses in Kajabi
Upload videos, PDFs, presentations, quizzes and course materials
Create and manage Kajabi products, offers, emails and automations
Test courses, checkout pages and student access
Maintain an overview of all active course projects
Track missing content, open tasks and deadlines
Coordinate consultants, freelancers and other tea ---------- mbers
Follow up on overdue tasks and project deliverables
Upload and organize videos on YouTube
Monitor new leads, customers, enrollments and student activity
Organize customer and student support requests
Create simple weekly progress reports
Document processes and create checklists
Identify problems and suggest improvements
Required Experience
Strong professional experience with Kajabi
Experience building and managing online courses
Experience with Kajabi products, offers, emails and automations
Good project management and organizational skills
Experience coordinating freelancers or tea ---------- mbers
Experience with Google Drive, Google Sheets and project management tools
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Additional Advantages
Previous experience as an Online Business Manager
Experience with YouTube Studio
Experience with Canva or basic video editing
Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Trello or Jira
Experience with Zapier or Make
Experience working with online education businesses
