Position: Part-Time (20–25 hours/week) with a clear path to Full-Time Leadership

Schedule: Flexible, with required availability for evening and weekend live sessions (Pacific Time)

You'll facilitate live implementation sessions, encourage students, answer logistical questions, celebrate milestones, review assignments using clear rubrics, and ensure students never feel lost or alone inside the program.

We believe remarkable student experiences come from remarkable systems, not constant access to the founder.

You will help bring those systems to life.

Your Responsibilities
Facilitate Live Implementation Labs™

This is the heart of your role.

You will confidently host our live Zoom Implementation Labs™ for students.

These are not teaching sessions.

Our founder has already recorded the curriculum.

Your responsibility is to facilitate implementation.

You'll:

Welcome students warmly.
Start every session on time.
Guide students through the agenda using our facilitator guide.
Play pre-recorded lessons.
Pause for implementation exercises.
Lead breakout room discussions.
Keep everyone engaged and on schedule.
Celebrate student wins.
Answer logistical questions.
Create an encouraging, professional environment.

You will receive extensive training and detailed facilitator guides.

You are not expected to create a curriculum or teach our methodology.

Student Success:

You will become one of the most recognizable faces of the Institute of Ancestral Medicine, and you'll become one of our students' primary points of contact.

Responsibilities include:

Answering student questions.
Helping students find resources.
Following up with students who miss sessions.
Encouraging participation.
Celebrating milestones.
Helping students stay accountable.
Creating a welcoming and supportive learning experience.

Assignment Reviews:

You'll review student submissions using detailed rubrics and checklists.

You'll:

Review completed assignments.
Approve submissions that meet IAM standards.
Request revisions when necessary.
Unlock the next Gate™ after approval.
Keep student progress moving forward.

You are not grading opinions.

You are simply ensuring each student meets the published standard before advancing.

Operations
Schedule live sessions.
Manage Zoo ---------- etings.
Track attendance.
Update Airtable.
Monitor student progress.
Maintain accurate records.
Identify students who may need encouragement or follow-up.
Help improve internal SOPs as we grow.

What You Will Never Do:

Teach curriculum.
Coach students.
Interpret clinical assignments.
Give medical advice.
Answer scope-of-practice questions.
Modify IAM frameworks.
Create educational content.

If a question falls outside your role, you'll simply escalate it using our documented systems unless otherwise stated.

Required Qualifications:

This is a student-facing role.

Exceptional communication is essential.

You must have:

Near-native spoken English.
Excellent written English with strong grammar and professionalism.
A warm, confident, and engaging communication style.
Experience leading meetings, presentations, trainings, or groups (professional, volunteer, church, education, or similar).
Outstanding organizational skills.
High attention to detail.
A reliable computer.
A high-quality webcam.
A clear professional microphone.
Fast, stable internet.
A quiet home office suitable for professional Zoo ---------- etings.
Flexible Availability

Because our students are working healthcare professionals, our live Implementation Labs™ are typically held during evenings and weekends in the Pacific Time zone.

You must be available to host live sessions during these times.

Outside of scheduled sessions, your hours are flexible as long as responsibilities are completed consistently.

Growth Opportunity:

This position begins as a part-time role (approximately 20–25 hours per week).

However, we are intentionally hiring someone we hope will grow with us.

As the Institute expands, this role is expected to evolve into a full-time leadership position overseeing Student Success and Implementation.

We're looking for someone excited to help build this institution for years, not just fill a position.

Compensation & Growth:

This position begins as a part-time role (20–25 hours per week) with compensation of $6–10+ USD/hour, depending on experience, communication skills, and overall fit.

As student enrollment grows, this position is designed to grow with it.

Our goal is to promote this role into a full-time Student Success leadership position with increased responsibility, compensation, and opportunities to lead additional tea ---------- mbers.
