JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a proactive and technically-savvy Sales and Customer Success Specialist. This is a freelance full-time remote position. You may have to support night hours where needed. You will be responsible for supporting the customer journey—from conducting the first product demonstration to successful platform implementation. You will play a key role in driving revenue by showcasing our software’s value to prospective clients and ensuring that new users are equipped to maximize the platform's potential.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Demonstrations
- Conduct engaging, high-impact technical demonstrations of the FacilityBot platform to prospective B2B clients
- Translate software features into clear business benefits, addressing client's pain points

2. Customer Onboarding & Training
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through account setup, and initial configuration.
- Deliver user training sessions virtually for different stakeholders to ensure high adoption rates
- Create and maintain onboarding materials, video tutorials, and FAQ documentation where needed to empower clients through self-service.

3. Technical Problem-Solving
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve deployment issues and provide feedback to the product team for future updates.
- Analyse unique client requirements and devise creative workarounds within the system to meet specific operational needs.

Bonus:
Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering
Previous experience with a SaaS product in a Facilities Management space
