LW Williams & Associates is an established Sydney law firm with a long-standing reputation for providing trusted legal services across a range of practice areas, including conveyancing, commercial law, family law, litigation, wills & estates, and migration.

We're looking for an experienced Australian Conveyancer based in the Philippines who can confidently manage conveyancing matters with minimal supervision while providing exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role
As our Conveyancer, you'll work closely with our Sydney legal team to assist with residential conveyancing matters from contract through to settlement.
This is a full-time remote position operating during Sydney business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Manage residential conveyancing files from start to finish
Review Contracts for Sale and identify key issues
Prepare legal and conveyancing documentation
Liaise with clients, solicitors, banks, brokers, and real estate agents
Coordinate settlements and maintain accurate file records
Track critical dates and ensure deadlines are met
Provide timely updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process
Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality

Essential
Previous experience handling Australian conveyancing preferred
Strong understanding of the Australian conveyancing process
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
