We are a fast-growing AI automation startup building modern websites and deploying 24/7 AI voice agents for local businesses (home improvement, dentists, real estate). Our AI picks up 20 calls at once, speaks 17 languages, automatically books appointments on our clients' calendars, and filters out spam.

The Role
Your mission is to call local businesses on Google Maps who are missing out on revenue because they don’t have a website or are missing inbound calls.

Your primary goal on the phone is to get the decision-maker's permission to email them a custom "Missed Revenue Report" showing exactly what they are leaving on the table. You are the tip of the spear for our sales process. All appointments and leads must be fully qualified to count.

What You Will Do
Make outbound cold calls to local US businesses using Google Voice (requires your own VPN).

Follow our proven script, but seamlessly pivot and handle objections like a human when the prospect pushes back.

Gather correct email addresses and send our initial outreach material via Google Workspace.

Participate in roleplay and call-shadowing with the founder to constantly sharpen your skills.

Work independently for 6 to 8 hours a day during US Business hours.

Note: The selected candidate will begin training immediately upon hire.

Compensation & Perks
Base Pay: $350 USD per month (Paid bi-weekly on the 1st and 15th).

Micro-Commissions: $1 for every fully qualified business that agrees to receive our email audit.

Deal Commissions: 10% of the Setup Fee for every deal that actually closes from your leads. (Our standard setup is $800, meaning an extra $80 bonus per closed deal).

Growth: As the startup grows, your base pay and role will grow with it.

What You Need to Succeed
Flawless, highly conversational English.

Unshakeable confidence on the phone; you do not get flustered or discouraged by rejection or aggressive prospects.

Coachability; you welcome feedback and are comfortable having the founder listen in to help you improve.

A reliable internet connection, your own VPN, and a quiet workspace.
