JOB OVERVIEW

Sports Card Deal Finder & Market Research Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help us find undervalued graded sports cards listed for sale online.

This is a long-term position with opportunities for performance bonuses.

Your Responsibilities

Search marketplaces such as:

eBay

Facebook Marketplace
Discord groups
Whatnot
Reddit
Other sports card marketplaces

Only search for professionally graded cards.

Accepted grading companies:

PSA
BGS
SGC

Raw cards should NOT be submitted.

You will be provided with a Card Ladder account. Every card you find must be looked up using the certification number (cert #) to verify its current market value.

We are looking for cards that meet ALL of the following criteria:
Professionally graded by PSA, BGS, or SGC
Card Ladder market value of $10 or more
Listed for 70% or less of Card Ladder market value
Currently available for purchase
Not already listed in our Google Sheet
Listed by a reputable seller with good feedback
Not an obvious counterfeit, altered, fake, or reprint card

If you are unsure whether a card is legitimate or meets our requirements, leave a note instead of submitting it as a deal.

For every qualifying card, enter the following into our Google Sheet:
Card name
Player
Year
Set / Parallel
Grade
Certification Number
Marketplace (eBay, Facebook, Discord, etc.)
Asking Price
Card Ladder Market Value
Percentage of Card Ladder Value
Direct listing link
Date found
Notes (serial number, condition, auction ending soon, etc.)

Before adding a card, you MUST check the Google Sheet to make sure it has not already been submitted. Do not submit duplicate listings.

Accuracy is extremely important. We would rather receive 10 excellent deals than 100 average ones.

Ability to follow instructions

Sports card knowledge is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.

Pay
$4/hour
Performance bonuses based on the quality and quantity of deals you find.
