JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant – Creator & Publisher Research (Part-Time ? Full-Time)
I'm looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in online research and list building to help identify high-quality creators, publishers, blogs, and websites for affiliate and partnership outreach.
This is not a simple data entry role. I'm looking for someone who can find relevant, high-converting opportunities based on specific criteria and use good judgment when researching.
Responsibilities
Build targeted lists based on filters and requirements I'll provide.
Research creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Find relevant websites, blogs, newsletters, and online publishers.
Verify that contacts and profiles match the requested criteria.
Organize findings in Google Sheets with clean, accurate data.
Requirements
Previous experience with online research and list building.
Strong ability to identify high-quality creators, not just accounts with large followings.
Experience researching US-based creators and publishers.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong English communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions while also thinking critically and making recommendations.
Nice to Have
Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, PR, or partnership research.
Familiarity with tools such as Modash, Upfluence, SparkToro, Similarweb, Ahrefs, HypeAuditor, or other creator research tools.
Position Details
Start part-time (10–20 hours per week).
Opportunity to transition into a full-time role for the right person based on performance.
Long-term position with ongoing work.
