JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Part-Time | Fixed-Term Contract (Potential to Become Permanent)

Seed & Sprout is an Australian eCommerce brand creating beautifully designed, sustainable products for the home. We're looking for a highly organised Data Assistant to support our Product team during a busy period of product launches.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has exceptional attention to detail, and is confident learning new systems.

There is potential for this role to become permanent for the right person.

About the Role
You'll work closely with our Product Coordinator and Product team to accurately set up products in Cin7 before they're handed over to our Marketing team for Shopify setup.
Accuracy is critical, as you'll help ensure new products launch correctly and on time.

What You'll Be Doing
Product Setup
Create and update product listings in Cin7
Enter accurate product information including SKUs, pricing, categories and descriptions
Ensure listings are complete before handover to Marketing
Bundle & Multi-Buy Configuration
Set up bundles and promotional product configurations
Ensure bundle components are linked correctly
Flag any issues before launch
Product Family Management
Configure product families so Shopify variants are created correctly
Check all configurations before completion
Product Maintenance
Deprecate discontinued bundles in Cin7
Keep product information current and accurate
Task & Project Management
Manage your daily workload through Asana
Update task progress regularly
Flag blockers or missing information promptly
Help maintain accurate product information across internal documents

General Support
Assist the Product team with ad hoc tasks during new product launches
Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience We're Looking For

Preferred:
Experience with Cin7 (highly regarded)
Experience with Shopify or another eCommerce platform
Experience using Asana or similar project management software
Previous experience in product data entry, inventory management or eCommerce operations
Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills
Don't worry if you haven't used every platform before. If you're a fast learner with excellent attention to detail, we'd still love to hear from you.
