- Coordinate with regulatory, product, and content teams to maintain compliant listings and supporting documentation across regions.
- Support localisation of listings for different markets, including language, formatting, and marketplace-specific requirements.
Reporting and collaboration:
- Track, analyse, and report on marketplace performance including sales, margin, traffic, conversion, pricing, and account metrics.
- Build regular reporting packs and provide clear recommendations to improve commercial and operational performance.
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain, compliance, finance, marketing, and customer service teams to support launches, resolve issues, and improve execution.
Requirements

- Experience managing multi-region marketplace activity, ideally across the UK, EU, and Australia.
- Proven track record of growing marketplace revenue while maintaining operational control and account health.
Technical skills:
- Strong understanding of marketplace trading levers including SEO, content optimisation, advertising, promotions, pricing, and conversion improvement.
- Experience with Linnworks or similar inventory and order management systems for multi-channel operations.
- Comfortable working with product feeds, listing tools, spreadsheets, and reporting.
Working style:
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple marketplaces and priorities at once.
- Commercially minded, analytical, and confident using data to identify issues and opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.
Nice to have:
