JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Canadian medical aesthetics clinic specializing in cosmetic injectable treatments and professional skin rejuvenation services.

Our services include:

Neurotoxins (Botox® & Nuceiva®)
Dermal Fillers
Lip Fillers
Chemical Peels
Microneedling
Dermaplaning
Medical-Grade Skincare

We are preparing to officially launch a medical aesthetics clinic and want our website and Google Business Profile fully optimized before opening our doors. Our goal is to begin ranking in Google Search and Google Maps as early as possible so we're positioned to attract local clients from day one.

Our website is built using Podia, and we're looking for an experienced Local SEO Specialist who understands how to rank medical spas, cosmetic injectors, aesthetic clinics, plastic surgeons, dermatology clinics, and other local service businesses in Canada or the United States.

This is a one-time project with the opportunity for future work if we're satisfied with the results.

Project Objective

Our objective is to launch with a website and Google Business Profile that are fully optimized for local SEO.

By the completion of this project, we want:

A fully optimized Podia website
All service pages optimized for local search
A complete keyword strategy for every service
An optimized Google Business Profile ready for launch
A clear local SEO strategy that positions us to rank for high-intent searches in our area
Actionable recommendations for continued SEO growth after opening

Project Scope

For this project, you'll be responsible for:

Conducting keyword research for all of our cosmetic services
Creating an SEO strategy for a newly launching medical aesthetics clinic
Optimizing our Podia website before launch
Optimizing all service pages and homepage
Recommending additional location or service pages if beneficial
Optimizing:
Page titles
Meta descriptions
Heading structure
URLs
Internal linking
Image alt text
Creating and/or optimizing our Google Business Profile
Setting up business categories, services, products (if applicable), business description, FAQs, and images
Ensuring our website and Google Business Profile are ready to begin ranking once the clinic opens
Performing competitor research
Providing a final SEO report with recommendations for ongoing growth

Compensation:
This job pays a flat fee of $200 USD to complete the tasks, would require about a months worth of work, depending on the experience can be done a lot faster as well.
