I run a marketing agency in Jacksonville, Florida. We build complete lead systems for home-service contractors - roofers, painters, remodelers, pressure washers, landscapers. Every client gets a custom website, a CRM, automated follow-up, and paid ads. It all runs on GoHighLevel.
Here is the important part: I am NOT looking for someone who already knows everything.
Two years ago I had never run an ad in my life. I learned it in about three months using AI and repetition, and now I run campaigns for a dozen clients. So I am not hiring for years of experience. I am hiring for the thing that made that possible - being genuinely good with AI, and being the kind of person who follows a process exactly and figures things out instead of going quiet.
Everything here is already built and documented. The website template is config-driven, so a full client site takes about an hour. The automations are built. The ad structures are built. I have screen recordings of me doing every one of these tasks.
I need someone to run the machine so I stop being the bottleneck.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO, WEEK TO WEEK
- Schedule and publish social content for 8-14 client accounts in GoHighLevel (planner, captions, images supplied)
- Build client websites and funnels from our existing template - swap the config values, drop in photos and logo, paste sections into GHL, check every page on mobile and desktop
- Use AI to draft site copy, ad copy and service pages from a client brief, then edit it so it does not read like AI wrote it
- Set up
- Set up Google Search campaigns - keywords, ad groups, responsive search ads, negative keyword lists
- Set up LinkedIn campaigns for our commercial and B2B clients
- Weekly reporting - pull each client's numbers into a simple sheet
- Keep client folders and assets organized to our filing system
WHAT I ACTUALLY NEED FROM YOU
You are genuinely good with AI. This is the real requirement. You use Claude or ChatGPT every day as a working tool. You can take a rough brief and get a usable draft out of it, and you know when the output is generic and needs rewriting. When you are stuck, your instinct is to screenshot the problem and ask, not to sit there. I do not want AI slop sent to clients - I want someone who uses AI the way a good carpenter uses a power tool.
You follow a process exactly. I will give you screen recordings and written instructions. I need you to do it the way it is documented, every time. If you have a better idea, tell me - but ask before changing the process.
You are detail-obsessed. A wrong phone number on a live client site is the kind of mistake that costs me a client. You check your work before you say it is done.
You learn fast and you are honest about what you do not know. Saying "I have never done that, send me the recording" is a good answer. Pretending is not.
You write clear English. You will be reading client briefs and writing ad copy.
HELPFUL BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience
-
- Any agency background
If you have those, say so. If you do not, but you are a fast learner who is good with AI, still apply. I will train you the same way I taught myself.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
- Anyone who goes quiet for a day when they are stuck
- Anyone who needs the same thing explained three times
- Anyone who uses AI to generate work and sends it without reading it
- Agencies or teams bidding - I am hiring one person
HOW TRAINING AND SUPPORT WORK
You get a library of screen recordings of me doing every task, written instructions for each workflow, and a direct line to me. When you hit something new the path is: check the instructions, ask AI, then ask me. I would rather answer a question than fix a mistake.
Every hire is a 30-day trial and I say that upfront so it is not a surprise. Week one you will redo tasks I have already finished so you can see the standard, with everything reviewed before it goes live. After that you own your lane, and I still review the work.
Task list every morning. Two-line reply at end of day - what got done, what is blocked. Fifteen-minute call once a week.
Pay is monthly. This is a long-term role. If you are good, the pay goes up and so does what you own.
TO APPLY - read carefully, I ignore applications that skip this

In your message include:
1. What AI tool you use daily, and one real example of something you produced with it. Paste the actual prompt you used if you still have it.
2. Tell me about a time you had to learn a tool you had never used before, for work. How long did it take and how did you go about it?
3. Have you used GoHighLevel,
4. Here is a task you may never have done: find out how to add a negative keyword list in Google Ads and write me the steps in your own words. Three or four sentences. You can use any resource you want - that is the point.
5. Your internet speed test result and your usual working hours in US Eastern time.
Applicants who pass this stage get a paid test task - one real task, paid at the full rate. I do not hire off portfolios.
