JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled professional capable of creating modern, interactive, and visually impressive websites using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI models and development tools.

This is a **full-time or long-term monthly position**, not a one-off freelance project.

The ideal candidate should be able to build high-end websites with strong visual impact, excellent usability, and advanced interactive elements, including:

* Motion graphics;
* Smooth animations;
* Advanced transitions;
* Micro-interactions;
* Scroll-based effects;
* Dynamic layouts;
* Apple-style visual experiences;
* Excellent UX and UI design;
* Fully responsive and mobile-optimized experiences.

The selected candidate should be able to manage the entire process, from UX/UI design and concept development to implementation, testing, optimization, and final publication.

## Types of Projects

Projects may include:

* E-commerce websites;
* DTC brands;
* Corporate websites;
* Landing pages;
* Local businesses;
* Startups;
* SaaS companies;
* Personal brands;
* Companies across different industries.

We are not looking for someone who simply modifies existing templates.

We want a creative developer with strong visual taste who can design original, modern, and professional websites while maintaining excellent usability, speed, performance, and a conversion-focused structure.

## Required Skills

The ideal candidate should have experience with:

* UX and UI design;
* Web motion design;
* Advanced animations and interactions;
* Responsive development;
* Claude, ChatGPT, and AI tools for design and development;
* Figma;
* Framer, Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, or similar platforms;
* HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
* Animation frameworks and libraries where necessary;
* Website speed and performance optimization;
* E-commerce and conversion-focused website development.

It is essential to know how to balance visual impact, performance, clarity, usability, and business results.

## Information Required in Your Application

We are looking to hire someone on a **monthly salary**, so your application must include precise and realistic information about your availability and production capacity.

Please clearly specify:

* Your expected monthly salary;
* How many complete websites you can realistically deliver each month for that salary;
* Your average turnaround time for one website;
* How many projects you can manage simultaneously;
* The average complexity and number of pages included in your estimate;
* Whether your monthly capacity refers to landing pages, corporate websites, e-commerce stores, or a combination of different projects;
* Exactly which activities you can manage independently;
* Whether you handle UX/UI design, development, animations, testing, optimization, and publication;
* The platforms, technologies, and AI tools you use;
* How many revisions you can manage for each project;
* Your current availability and preferred working hours.

We are not interested in vague answers such as “it depends on the project.”

We need clear and realistic numbers to understand exactly how many websites you can produce each month based on your requested monthly salary.

For example, your proposal should clearly state something similar to:

Average delivery time per website: X working days

The quality of the work is extremely important, but we also need someone who can maintain a reliable and consistent monthly production capacity.

## Portfolio Is Mandatory

We want to see websites you have personally designed or developed, especially projects featuring:

* Interactive experiences;
