JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a high-level video editor who specializes in direct-response Meta ads for Facebook & Instagram.

This is not a generic content editing role.
We’re looking for an editor who understands why ads convert, can build AI UGC at scale, and knows how to turn both real footage and AI avatars into sales-driven Meta ads.

If you can create scroll-stopping AI and UGC ads that perform, this is a long-term role with fast income growth tied to results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit high-converting short-form AI ads (15–60s)
• Create AI-generated video ads using Higgsfield, Eleven Labs, or similar platforms
• Build AI UGC-style ads that feel native, human, and authentic
• Craft hooks in the first 1–3 seconds optimized for Meta scroll behavior
• Structure ads using direct-response frameworks (hook ? problem ? mechanism ? proof ? CTA)
• Add captions, motion graphics, pacing, sound design, and effects that increase retention
• Optimize creatives for Feeds, Reels, and Stories
• Work with the marketing team to test, iterate, and scale winning AI + UGC creatives

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

•Proven experience editing direct-response Meta ads that convert
• Hands-on experience creating AI video ads using Higgsfield, Eleven Labs, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of AI UGC best practices (believability, cadence, avatar selection, voice realism)
• Deep knowledge of Meta ad psychology (thumb-stop rate, retention curves, CTA timing)
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and persuasion skills
• Ability to turn raw footage OR AI-generated clips into high-performing ads
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
• Understanding of Meta compliance basics for health & supplement ads
• Fluent in English with strong understanding of U.S., UK, and Canadian markets

Bonus (Not Required):
• Experience editing ads in beauty or health niche.
• Familiarity with UGC-style ads and performance captions
