We coordinate cleaning jobs between our customers and our team of cleaners.

Who are we looking for?:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. We want someone who is goal-oriented, competitive, and hungry for success. This role offers an opportunity to level up your career and skillset, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement. Ideally you speak strong English, are confident on the phone, and have previous sales, cold calling, or customer service experience.

Starting Pay:
$60 USD per week
20 Hours per week (Monday - Friday PST)
4 hours per day

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Answer inbound calls and convert callers into booked jobs.
- Handle objections confidently and close sales over the phone.
- Follow up with leads who haven't yet converted to keep them warm.
- Accurately log call outcomes, lead status, and customer details.
- Communicate with tea ---------- mbers and providers as needed to confirm bookings.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or a customer-facing phone role.
- Confident, persuasive communicator who isn't afraid of rejection.
- Good personality and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Stable internet connection and reliable laptop/PC, plus a quiet environment for calls.
