About the Position
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to take ownership of inventory accuracy across our business. This role is critical to ensuring our inventory systems remain accurate, purchase orders are tracked from start to finish, and our team has the information they need to make informed decisions.

Purchase Order & Inventory Management
* Receive incoming products into our inventory systems accurately and promptly.
* Track the status of all purchase orders from placement through receipt.
* Ensure inventory records remain accurate across all systems.
* Identify discrepancies and work with tea
Inventory Reporting
* Generate and distribute inventory, production, and purchasing reports.
* Update inventory following physical inventory counts and adjustments.
* Monitor inventory levels and identify items that require attention.
Marketing & Marketplace Coordination
* Ensure sufficient inventory is available to support upcoming marketing campaigns.
* Verify inventory accuracy across all sales channels and marketplaces.
* Coordinate with tea
Continuous Improvement
Once fully trained, you will also:
* Develop new inventory reports using Google Sheets and our inventory systems.
* Improve reporting processes to help management make better business decisions.
* Identify recurring inventory issues and recommend process improvements.

Experience with Meta reporting is a plus but is not required.

Schedule
This is a full-time remote position.
**Working Hours**
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.)
You must be available during these hours each workday.
Because this position supports our business in real time throughout the day, we require your full attention during your scheduled working hours. You may not work for another employer, client, or freelance business during your scheduled shift with us.
