JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow my Etsy dropshipping stores.

Responsibilities:

Creating and uploading product listings using titles, tags and descriptions provided
Following step-by-step instructions and training videos closely
Basic customer service and responding to buyer messages
Updating a shared Google Sheet to track progress
Marking orders as fulfilled and adding tracking numbers when provided

Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English is essential, you will be following detailed instructions and communicating directly with customers
Previous experience with Etsy, Shopify or general e-commerce is a big plus
Comfortable using Google Sheets and Google Drive
Reliable internet connection and your own laptop or computer
Detail oriented, able to follow instructions exactly without needing constant follow up
