Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Data & Research (Wholesale)
We're a Florida-based real estate wholesaling company operating in Broward County. We find off-market properties in probate, pre-foreclosure, and eviction situations — and we move fast. The foundation of everything we do is clean, accurate, well-organized data. That's where you come in.

This is a data and research role only — no cold calling, no sales. Your job is simple in concept but critical in execution: make sure every record we have is accurate, properly tagged, and ready to act on. One wrong address or missed phone number costs us a real deal. We take this seriously, and we need someone who does too.

What You'll Be Doing:

Pulling property and case records from county clerk websites (probate, eviction, pre-foreclosure)
Uploading and cleaning records in our CRM (resimpli)
Skiptracing owners and heirs.
Adding phone numbers with the correct relationship tags (owner, spouse, relative, etc.)
Cross-referencing property appraiser websites to verify addresses before upload
Marking disconnected numbers correctly in the system
Tracking and updating mail attempts in our CRM
Submitting a daily progress report with screenshots of completed work

What We're Looking For

Excellent written and spoken English
Sharp attention to detail — you catch errors before they become problems
Experience with data research, skip tracing, or real estate is a strong plus
Comfortable learning new software and websites quickly
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated working setup
Available during US Eastern Time hours
Proactive communicator who takes ownership without needing to be micromanaged
Freelancers only — we are not working with agencies or teams

What We Offer

$6/hr starting rate
Starting at 20 hours/week, but will grow to full-time with longer hours within 90 days as you learn the role
Raise after 90 days based on performance — we reward people who show up and deliver
$100 bonus for every deal that closes from your data — your work directly impacts results

Full training provided through short Loom video SOPs
