JOB OVERVIEW

We are an online education company creating practical SAP S/4HANA training courses.

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Materials Management Consultant who can independently work in an SAP system and create practical training scenarios based on provided instructions and course materials.

This is not a general virtual assistant position. You must have real hands-on experience working with SAP MM or SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement.

Your main responsibility will be to recreate practical exercises in our SAP system using new master data and realistic business scenarios.

Your Responsibilities
Review provided SAP MM course materials and exercise instructions
Create new and realistic master data in the SAP system
Set up materials, suppliers, purchasing information and other required data
Execute practical SAP MM and procurement processes
Recreate exercises in our SAP system based on provided scenarios
Test every exercise from beginning to end
Make sure that all exercises work correctly before they are published
Identify and resolve SAP MM system errors independently
Investigate issues reported through internal support tickets
Troubleshoot configuration, master data and process-related errors
Document the steps, transaction details and expected results
Record important system information such as document numbers and test results
Clearly report any system limitations or configuration requirements
Support the improvement of existing SAP training exercises

Required Experience
Professional hands-on experience with SAP MM
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA
Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes
Ability to create master data independently
Ability to execute complete procurement processes without constant supervision
Experience investigating and resolving SAP errors
Experience working with SAP support tickets or user-reported issues
Ability to understand existing process instructions and recreate them in another SAP system
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Very good attention to detail
Reliable internet connection
Good written English
Ability to work independently and communicate progress clearly
Strong Advantages
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition
SAP MM or Sourcing and Procurement certification
SAP implementation or support project experience
Experience creating training systems, test scripts or user documentation
Experience with SAP Fiori applications
Knowledge of basic MM configuration and integration with Finance or Sales
What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who does not need step-by-step supervision for standard SAP MM activities.

You should be able to receive a business scenario or exercise description, understand what is required, create the necessary master data and execute the complete process in the SAP system.

When an error occurs, you should first investigate the issue independently, identify the possible cause and suggest or implement a solution.

Accuracy is more important than simply completing tasks quickly.
