About Us

Yourstruly LLC is a fast-growing U.S.-based TikTok LIVE agency that helps creators grow their audiences, maximize their earnings, and succeed on TikTok LIVE. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven Recruiter & Community Manager to join our team and help us expand our creator network.

Responsibilities

* Identify and recruit new TikTok LIVE creators through TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
* Conduct daily outreach to prospective creators using direct messages, email, and other communication channels.
* Explain the benefits of joining our agency and answer creator questions professionally.
* Follow up with potential creators until they complete onboarding.
* Manage our email inbox and social media messages.
* Schedule onboarding calls and coordinate with management.
* Maintain accurate recruitment records using Google Sheets.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with creators.
* Meet daily and monthly recruitment goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in recruiting, lead generation, sales, customer service, or virtual assistance is preferred.
* Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and social media platforms.
* Comfortable using Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office.
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Reliable computer and stable high-speed internet connection.
* Willing to work full-time and overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Compensation

* Base Salary: $400–$500 USD per month (depending on experience).
* Performance Bonuses: Additional incentives based on recruiting qualified creators who successfully complete onboarding, remain active, and achieve performance milestones. High performers will have opportunities to earn significantly more through bonuses.
