JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an AI Content Creator to produce hyper-realistic AI avatar videos for our Facebook and Instagram pages, following strict guidelines and training.

We already have two established AI personas with full character profiles, brand voice, and content rules in place — you won't be creating characters from scratch, you'll be executing a proven, repeatable production system.

What You'll Be Doing

Each day we'll give you a video idea and/or script through a Trello board, fully organized with all reference materials attached. Your job is to take that idea/script and turn it into a finished short-form video (30–90 seconds) following our exact rules for scenes, prompts, dialogue, and pacing.

Tools & Workflow

- Image generation: Nano Banana Pro
- Animation: Google Flow / Veo 3
- Editing: CapCut / Adobe Premiere
- Guidance: a custom Claude Project Agent that walks you step-by-step from idea to finished video — it gives you the exact prompts, checks your scenes against our rules, and flags mistakes before you waste render credits. You just chat with it.

Volume

- 3 videos/day, 90 videos/month
. Flexible pacing: you can get ahead and produce more than 3 on a given day, then take a day off later, as long as the monthly total is met
- Consistency matters more than speed — every video needs to clear our quality bar: hyper-realistic visuals, correct watermark placement, correct scene structure, on-brand dialogue.

What We Provide

- Claude Project Agent for step-by-step guidance and prompt generation
- 2-hour training video covering the full process and quality standard
- Access to more opportunities with our community members and clients
- A path to lead your own content team if you deliver consistently over time

Compensation

$300/month, paid on the 1st of each month, contingent on hitting the required 90 videos for that period.

Who We're Looking For

- Comfortable working with AI image/video generation tools (Nano Banana, Veo3/Flow, ElevenLabs, CapCut) — or a fast learner willing to be trained on our exact process
- Reliable and consistent — this is a daily commitment, not a batch-once-a-week job
- Detail-oriented — you'll be following a strict rulebook (scene structure, prompt formatting, dialogue rules) and it has to be followed exactly, every time
- Someone who sees the long-term opportunity. We can scale this into a full-time role fast if you deliver.
