JOB OVERVIEW

BUILD THE EMAIL PROGRAM THAT DRIVES OUR NEXT STAGE OF GROWTH


Email is the center of this role. You will own strategy, architecture, campaigns, lifecycle flows, data, deliverability, testing, reporting, and revenue.

This is not an email-copy or campaign-coordinator position. We need a operator who has built or materially rebuilt a meaningful email program and can explain the decisions and numbers behind it.

Once the email foundation is live, stable, measured, and improving, you will take ownership of the Veritas blog portfolio and build that into a durable growth channel too.

ABOUT VERITAS

Veritas builds complete Starlink Mini deployment setups—mounts, power, cables, cases, and accessories—for consumers, work teams, and government fleets.

We are a growing US company with a small, high-output team. We already have long-term tea ---------- mbers in the Philippines who have grown with the company. We want the same for this role.

THE DETAILS

- Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
- Work the full 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific schedule
- Graveyard shift in the Philippines: roughly 11:00 PM–8:00 AM or 12:00 AM–9:00 AM, depending on US daylight saving time
- Long-term role
- Paid twice monthly
- Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite, or Laguna strongly preferred

We will consider an exceptional candidate elsewhere in the Philippines with proven graveyard experience and reliable internet and power.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

FIRST: BUILD AND OWN EMAIL

- Audit the platform, list, data, consent, sender reputation, templates, and tracking
- Build and improve the core lifecycle flows
- Establish campaign cadence, segments, suppressions, testing, QA, and deliverability controls
- Connect email activity to conversion, retention, and revenue through trusted reporting

You should understand the full system: list growth, inbox placement, segments, flow logic, campaign pressure, attribution, revenue per recipient, conversion, retention, and email-attributed revenue.

THEN: BUILD AND OWN THE BLOGS

After email is operating well, you will take over the Veritas blog portfolio. You will audit content, build the keyword and topic strategy, improve publishing and refresh systems, and measure business impact.

Prior SEO or blog-program ownership is strongly preferred. It is not required if your email experience is exceptional and you can show strong content judgment.

BUILD IT INSIDE AI

Our marketing platform is built around AI. You will create the context, workflows, agents, automations, QA checks, and institutional memory that support both channels.

We want someone who uses AI to improve judgment and output—not someone who ships raw AI copy. Facts must be checked. Brand voice must be protected. Performance must feed back into the system.

YOU'RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU

- Have 5+ years owning email and lifecycle programs end to end
- Have managed meaningful scale and can state the list size, send volume, revenue contribution, and results
- Have built or materially rebuilt an email program, not only maintained campaigns
- Understand segmentation, testing, deliverability, consent, list health, attribution, and decision-grade reporting
- Use AI daily with structured context, reusable workflows, validation, human review, and feedback loops
- Write conversational American English naturally
- Can work with HTML email, spreadsheets, analytics, and simple automations
- Have worked a US-hours graveyard shift for at least 12 consecutive months
- Have fiber internet at 50 Mbps or faster, a backup connection, and backup power
- Want one company to grow with for the long term

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR

- Someone who has only written copy or scheduled campaigns without owning the full program
- Someone planning to keep multiple clients or subcontract the work
- Someone testing a graveyard schedule for the first time
