JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a part-time AI Video Producer & YouTube Channel Manager to create short-form vertical videos for PawwsLyfe — our children's animated cartoon brand — AND help grow, manage, and monetize our YouTube channel.

This is a creative + execution role. You will be given scripts and concepts and your job is to bring them to life efficiently using AI video tools. We want someone who is not afraid to be bold, playful, and even a little absurd — our content is fun, imaginative, and built to capture kids' attention.

PawwsLyfe is a children's animated entertainment series focused on positive messages, skill-building, and lovable characters. All content must be 100% kid-safe, visually engaging, and on-brand.

You will be given:
- Written scripts and cartoon concepts
- Hook lines / opening copy
- Mood, character, and format direction
- YouTube upload details (titles, descriptions, tags)

Your job is to execute fast, stay consistent, and help the channel grow.

90-DAY TRIAL PERIOD WITH FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY
This starts as a part-time role (~20 hrs/week). We evaluate quality, reliability, speed, and communication. Strong performers move to full-time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce 15-60 second vertical AI-animated videos (9:16) using AI text-to-video tools
- Take provided scripts and execute them into finished videos efficiently
- Maintain consistent cartoon style, characters, colors, and tone across all content
- Upload and manage videos on YouTube (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, scheduling)
- Help optimize the channel for growth and monetization (YouTube SEO, playlists, end screens, etc.)
- Monitor basic channel analytics and flag performance trends
- Deliver platform-ready MP4 files on a consistent weekly schedule
- Be creative — we love bold, weird, funny, and unexpected ideas that still fit the brand

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience using AI text-to-video tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Higgsfield, Veo, Midjourney, or similar)
- Strong prompt writing ability — especially for cartoon/animated style
- Hands-on YouTube channel management experience (uploading, SEO, monetization strategy)
- Understanding of YouTube monetization requirements (watch hours, subscribers, AdSense)
- Creative mindset — you can take a script and make it visually exciting and fun
- Ability to work independently and execute quickly without hand-holding

PROOF OF YOUTUBE MONETIZATION — MANDATORY
This is a non-negotiable requirement. Any application that does not include proof of YouTube monetization will be automatically disqualified — no exceptions.

Your resume MUST include:
- The name and link to at least one YouTube channel you have successfully monetized
- Confirmation that the channel is enrolled in the YouTube Partner Program (YPP)
- Proof of monetization (screenshot of YPP dashboard, AdSense earnings screenshot, or comparable evidence)
- Key metrics: subscriber count, total watch hours, and approximate monthly revenue range

If you have helped monetize a channel you did not personally own, provide details of your role and include verifiable proof. We are not looking for people who understand monetization in theory — we want people who have actually done it.

REQUIRED TO APPLY (MUST INCLUDE ALL)
Applications missing ANY of the following will be ignored:
- 3 AI-generated videos you personally created (cartoon or animation style strongly preferred)
- One full prompt you actually used to generate a video
- A short list of AI video tools you actively use
- Proof of YouTube monetization (see section above — must be included in your resume)
Important: No stock footage. No templates. AI work only.

NOT REQUIRED
- No degrees or certifications
- No on-camera or voice-over work
- No hook writing (scripts will be provided)

BONUS (NOT REQUIRED)
- Experience with children's animation or family-friendly content
- Experience growing a YouTube channel from scratch
- Familiarity with TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or similar YouTube tools
- Experience with Google Docs, Notion, or Trello

PAY & HOURS
- Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week during 90-day trial
- Output-based pay, competitive rates based on experience and performance
- Full-time opportunity after successful 90-day trial
