Appointment Setter, US Night Shift, Full Time. Base + Bonus Per Appointment.

Hi, I'm Alejandro. I own a small US company. We install AI phone receptionists for home service businesses: HVAC companies, plumbers, roofers, electricians, and water damage restoration companies.

I need ONE full time appointment setter to call US business owners and book them into my calendar. I do all the selling and all the setup work. You book the call. That is the job.

READ THIS PART BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE

This is a graveyard shift. 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila time, Monday to Friday. That is US business hours, which is when contractors actually answer their phones. If you cannot do those hours for at least a year, please do not apply. I would rather you skip this post than take the job and quit in six weeks.

You will make 50 to 60 calls a night to people who did not ask to be called. Most will say no. Some will be rude. On a good night you book 1 or 2 appointments. That is a good night, not a bad one.

You work from home, so you keep the money and the hours you would otherwise lose commuting to a call center for the exact same shift.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Call US small business owners from a list I give you, 50 to 60 dials a night
- Before you call a business, call their main line once at a time they are likely closed, and write down what happened. That is how the conversation starts.
- Use the opening I give you, in your own natural voice
- Book interested owners into my calendar
- Call tomorrow's appointments to confirm them. This is the last 45 minutes of every shift and it matters as much as the dialing does.
- Log every call in a simple sheet

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO
- Never take a payment or ask for a card. Ever.
- Never quote a price. If they ask what it costs, tell them that is exactly what the call with me is for.
- Never close a sale.
- Never argue. Rude person, hang up, dial the next one.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR
- Clear, natural spoken English. You do not need an American accent. You need to be easy to understand by a guy standing next to a running air conditioner.
- Phone experience with US customers. Outbound preferred.
- Someone who can hear no 40 times and still be warm on call 41
- Someone who LISTENS. The best setters talk less than the prospect does.
- Reliable internet, a quiet room, and a backup plan for when the power or the connection goes out
- Someone who wants this for a year, not for a month

WHAT I AM NOT LOOKING FOR
- Anyone who also wants to do admin, social media, graphic design, or "anything you need". This is a phone job only.
- Anyone who cannot do the night shift long term
- Anyone who needs to read a script word for word. I give you a script, but you have to sound like a person, not a recording.

HOURS AND PAY
- Full time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
- 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila time
- $700 USD per month base
- Plus $70 USD per month night shift differential
- Plus 13th month pay
- Plus $5 USD for every appointment you book
- Plus $20 USD for every appointment that actually shows up
- Realistic total once you are up to speed: $1,000 to $1,250 USD per month
- Paid training your first week
- Documented 10 percent raise at month 6 if you are still here and performing

I pay more for appointments that SHOW than for appointments you BOOK, on purpose. I do not want you talking people into a calendar slot to hit a number. I want people who actually want to talk to me. That protects you too, because you will never be judged on someone who was never serious.

I also keep my calendar open within 48 hours so your appointments are easy to keep. Your bonus should be earnable, not theoretical.

WHAT I GIVE YOU
- A full written guide with the script and an answer for every objection
- Paid role play with me before you dial a single real person
- A clean, already checked list of leads
- Direct access to me. If something breaks, you message me, not a manager.

HOW TO APPLY. Applications missing any of these three will not be read.

1. SEND A VOICE RECORDING. This is a phone job, so I have to hear you before anything else.
Record it on your phone. Upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox, set the sharing so anyone with the link can open it, and paste the link into your message. If you are not sure how to do that, figuring it out is part of the test.

In the recording, do three things:
- Say your name and where you are from
- Read this out loud in your normal speaking voice, not your announcer voice: "Hey, is this Mike? Mike, my name is (your name). I'm probably about to sound a little weird for a second, and maybe you can help me out. I called your shop last night around 7:40 and I never actually got anybody. Is that normal, or did I just catch you at a bad time?"
- Then tell me, in your own words, about a time someone was rude to you on a call and what you did about it

2. ANSWER THESE FOUR IN WRITING
- Can you work 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila time, Monday to Friday, for at least a year? Yes or no.
- What is your internet speed, and what is your backup if the power or the internet goes out?
- Have you cold called US customers before? If yes, what were you selling, and roughly how many dials a day?
- What is the most calls you have ever made in a single day?
