About Mostro
We sell cybersecurity and compliance services to mortgage brokers and regulated small businesses. The prospect list is built. The email infrastructure is warmed and ready. We need someone who picks up the phone and sends the emails.

About the role
This is pure outbound. You'll run cold email sequences and cold calls against a defined, pre-researched prospect list of mortgage brokers and book qualified discovery calls. You're not building the list, designing the funnel, or writing the strategy — you're executing it at volume and converting conversations into booked meetings.

What you'll do

Execute cold email and cold call campaigns against a pre-built prospect list
Qualify leads against clear criteria and book discovery calls
Work within existing pipeline tools (email sequencing platform, CRM) — not build them
Track and report activity metrics: emails sent, calls made, conversations, appointments booked

What we're looking for

Proven outbound sales or appointment-setting experience with real numbers to show
Comfortable making 50+ calls/day and running high-volume email outreach
B2B or professional services sales experience preferred
Strong spoken English required — you'll be calling U.S. business owners
Resilient. Rejection is the job. Results are the payoff.

Compensation & structure
Base plus commission, structured so the commission is where the real money is. Uncapped. Earning potential depends entirely on output — top performers in this role will significantly out-earn the base. Specific numbers discussed in first call.
