Product Manager & Growth Lead
Hours: Approximately 10 hours/week to start, with the opportunity to grow into a larger role as the business gains traction.
About us: A mental health product that helps people improve their mental wellbeing through guided meditation, sleep content, and AI-powered support. We have a working product and are looking for someone to help take us from “a product” to “a product with engaged users.”
This is an opportunity to become one of the first key team members and have a meaningful impact on the direction of the company.
The Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager & Growth Lead who enjoys taking ownership. This isn’t a role where you’ll simply wait for tasks—you’ll identify opportunities, prioritize what matters most, and help determine where we invest our limited time and resources.
You’ll work directly with the founder through weekly planning meetings, but you’ll be expected to lead execution between meetings.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Own and prioritize the product roadmap.
* Translate business goals into clear requirements for our full-stack developer.
* Gather user feedback and identify the highest-impact improvements.
* Coordinate product releases and feature launches.
* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
* Help develop our paid acquisition strategy.
* Monitor product metrics and recommend improvements.
* Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems.
* Recommend new features, experiments, and growth opportunities.
* Help build processes as the company grows.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll likely be a great fit if you:
* Have previous experience as a Product Manager or Growth/Product Lead.
* Have hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
* Can balance product development with customer acquisition.
* Are highly organized and comfortable making prioritization decisions.
* Are proactive and don’t wait to be told what to do.
* Have strong opinions, but are open to feedback and discussion.
* Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people.
* Can write clear product requirements and work effectively with developers.
* Enjoy working in an early-stage startup where every decision matters.
Compensation
* Part-time (~10 hours/week) to start.
* Opportunity for increased hours and responsibility as we grow.
* Competitive hourly compensation based on experience.
* Performance incentive: After one year, you’ll be eligible to earn 4% of our annual net profit if you make a meaningful contribution to achieving our growth goals.
Why Join?
This isn’t a corporate Product Manager role with layers of approvals.
You’ll work directly with the founder, have real influence over product decisions, and help shape the future of the company from an early stage. If you enjoy building products, testing ideas quickly, and helping turn a promising product into a successful business, we’d love to hear from you.
