JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a FULLTIME Experienced ''UK'' Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage VA to join our growing business.

This role will begin with a one week paid trial on a part-time basis. If you're a good fit and consistently provide high quality leads, you'll be offered a full-time remote position (up to 40 hours per week) with all required software provided, plus opportunities for performance bonuses and profit sharing!.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, and wants to grow with the business long-term.
This isn't your usual Sourcing or admin role, we are a lot more relaxed than most company's and like to make sure everyone is happy in there position. We offer training as the business expands along with rewarding your hard work with profit sharing! (the better you source, the better we pay!)

There will be light administrative tasks but nothing advanced, if you show great ability during both Admin and Product sourcing there will be opportunities to develop into a more senior position in the future as the business grows.

The trial Position will be paid flexible working hours ''approximately 10 hours for the week'', you must Target 10 high quality leads within our requirements below. ''WE PRIORITISE HIGH TICKET PRODUCTS UNLESS SALES VOLUME OR ROI IS HIGHER''

• Minimum 25% ROI ( products with a high volume of sales can be lower)
• Minimum £3 profit (can be lower if high sales volume, we prioritise high sales price)
• Minimum 40 monthly sales ( exceptions for high profit products)
• No obvious IP concerns or HAZMAT ( must have had previous FBA sellers and no signs of them being kicked off)
• Stable Keepa history
• For exceptionally fast selling products, we'll also consider a minimum 15% ROI. (400+ ms)

Requirements for applying:
• Previous Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage sourcing experience is essential.
• Good attention to detail and confident in there experience.
• Basic admin experience.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
• Good Verbal English, we like to have Check in calls rather than just messaging.
