JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: Full or Part time

We are a small, independent UK health and wellness e-commerce business looking for a practical, dependable E-commerce Virtual Assistant to help run our Amazon UK account, two Shopify stores and eBay store.
We're hands-on and move quickly, and we're genuinely open to good ideas. This isn't a role for someone who just waits to be told what to do next.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage and update Amazon, Shopify and eBay listings, images and Amazon A+ Content
- Manage Amazon PPC, promotions and Account Health
- Monitor stock and highlight shortages
- Answer customer and marketplace questions promptly
- Create basic commercial graphics using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools
- Track sales, conversion rate and ad performance, and recommend improvements

What We Are Looking For
- Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
- Amazon PPC and A+ Content experience
- Comfortable with Canva, Photoshop or similar
- Good customer service and marketplace support skills
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for research, listings and content
- eBay experience helpful but not essential

You do not need to be an expert in everything, but you must be organised, proactive and able to complete routine work without waiting for detailed instructions. A performance bonus is available for measurable results.

Working Hours
Online by around 4:00-5:00pm Philippine time to cover UK morning emails, with at least 4 hours' overlap with the UK working day. Exact schedule flexible and agreed with the successful applicant.
