JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Facebook Media Buyer and Product Researcher to help grow multiple e-commerce stores.

You will be responsible for identifying promising products, researching competitors, creating advertising content, launching Meta campaigns, and improving campaign performance based on data.

You will work closely with our Store Operations Assistant, who will build the stores and landing pages for the products you identify and handle the resulting orders.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working inside Facebook Ads Manager every day and can move quickly from product research to campaign launch.

Your Responsibilities
Conduct daily product research and identify trending or potentially winning products
Research competitor stores, advertisements, offers, hooks, and marketing angles
Evaluate whether products have sufficient demand and advertising potential
Create static images and short-form video advertisements using tools such as Canva or CapCut
Write advertising copy, headlines, hooks, and calls to action
Launch, manage, test, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
Monitor important campaign metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rate
Recommend when campaigns should be scaled, adjusted, or stopped
Coordinate with the Store Operations Assistant before launching new products
Monitor comments underneath active Facebook advertisements
Respond to customer questions and negative comments professionally
Post custom engagement comments to improve social proof
Prepare regular performance reports covering advertising spend, sales, CPA, and ROAS
Manage advertising campaigns across multiple stores and brands
Requirements

You should apply if you have:

Proven experience running Facebook or Meta advertising campaigns for e-commerce businesses
Experience researching and identifying winning or trending products
A strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
The ability to analyze campaign data and make decisions quickly
A good understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates
Basic creative editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
Strong written English for advertisements, product copy, and customer comments
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
The ability to manage several active campaigns at the same time
A reliable internet connection
A quiet and professional home-working setup
Preferred Experience

The following experience is helpful but not mandatory:

Previous dropshipping or direct-response e-commerce experience
Managing advertisements for multiple stores or brands
Creating product video advertisements
Competitor and Facebook Ad Library research
Scaling profitable Meta campaigns
