JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Wix E-Commerce Store Builder and Operations Assistant to build and maintain multiple online stores.

You will be responsible for creating Wix stores and product landing pages, processing orders, monitoring store operations, and keeping our profit and expense tracking accurate.

You will work closely with our Media Buyer. The Media Buyer will identify and advertise new products, while you will make sure that the required store, product page, or sales funnel is ready before the advertising campaign is launched.

Most stores will be built using a repeatable process and established structure. Once you understand our workflow, you will not need to design every store completely from scratch.

Your Responsibilities
Build new e-commerce stores using Wix
Create product pages, landing pages, and sales funnels for new products
Upload products, images, prices, descriptions, and product variations
Configure store pages and basic checkout settings
Make sure all buttons, links, prices, and checkout flows work correctly
Process and fulfill customer orders every day
Update order information and tracking details
Coordinate with suppliers regarding stock availability, delays, and fulfillment issues
Monitor existing stores and identify technical or operational problems
Keep product listings and store information accurate and organized
Track revenue, advertising expenses, product costs, fees, refunds, and profit
Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets or Excel
Report delays, stockouts, supplier problems, and unusual orders immediately
Coordinate with the Media Buyer to prepare stores before advertising campaigns launch
Manage recurring operational tasks across multiple stores
Requirements

You should apply if you have:

Experience building e-commerce stores using Wix
Experience with Wix product uploads and e-commerce functionality
Experience creating landing pages or product sales pages
Basic knowledge of e-commerce order processing and fulfillment
Experience working with suppliers or dropshipping fulfillment workflows
Strong attention to detail
Good organizational and task-management skills
The ability to follow written processes and repeatable systems
Confidence working with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Good written English
The ability to work independently without constant supervision
A reliable internet connection
A quiet and professional home-working setup
Preferred Experience

The following experience is helpful but not mandatory:

Managing multiple e-commerce stores simultaneously
Working with dropshipping suppliers
Creating high-converting product landing pages
Using Google Sheets formulas for profit tracking
Basic image editing with Canva
Basic knowledge of conversion-rate optimization
Experience checking stores on both desktop and mobile devices
