We are a small, independent UK health and wellness e-commerce business looking for a practical and dependable E-commerce Manager.

We're hands-on and move quickly, and we're genuinely open to good ideas — if you spot something that could work better, we want to hear it. This isn't a role for someone who just waits to be told what to do next.
You will help manage our Amazon UK account, two small Shopify stores and eBay store. This is a hands-on role for someone who can keep the stores running properly, improve listings, monitor performance and ensure customer and marketplace issues are followed through.
You will receive a handover and ongoing support. You will also work with one existing tea ---------- mber and help organise and check their work.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage and update Amazon, Shopify and eBay
- Create and improve product listings, images and Amazon A+ Content
- Monitor Amazon Account Health and resolve marketplace issues
- Manage Amazon PPC, promotions and advertising performance
- Monitor stock and highlight potential shortages
- Answer customer and marketplace questions promptly
- Create basic commercial graphics using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools
- Review store performance and recommend practical improvements
- Make sure recurring tasks, customer enquiries and follow-ups are completed

Performance and Metrics
You will monitor and report on a small number of important e-commerce metrics, including:
- Monthly sales and profitable growth
- Amazon advertising ACOS and ROAS
- Shopify conversion rate and average order value
- Product availability and stockouts
- Customer response times and unresolved marketplace cases
- Performance of listings, promotions and improvements you introduce
You do not need to be a data analyst, but you should be comfortable using Amazon reports, Shopify analytics and Google Sheets to understand whether performance is improving.

Performance Bonus
A performance bonus may be paid when the stores show measurable improvement and that improvement can reasonably be linked to your work.

What We Are Looking For

You should have practical experience with:
- Amazon Seller Central
- Shopify
- Amazon product listings and A+ Content
- Amazon PPC
- Canva, Photoshop or similar graphic tools
- Customer service and marketplace support
- Google Sheets and basic reporting
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to speed up research, listings, customer replies and content work
eBay experience is helpful but not essential.
You do not need to be an expert in every area. However, you must be organised, willing to

investigate problems and able to complete routine work without waiting for detailed instructions. We want someone who brings ideas forward, not someone who only executes what they're told.
When you do not know an answer, we expect you to research it, ask the appropriate person where necessary and make sure the matter is resolved rather than forgotten.

Working Hours
Your working day will normally start between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm Philippine time. The exact start and finish times can be agreed with the successful applicant, but the schedule must provide substantial overlap with the UK working day. YOu will check in on the weekend if there are any urgent customer queries
