JOB OVERVIEW

I run several English-language YouTube channels that tell long-form emotional stories — period romance, family betrayal, frontier survival, and similar narrative genres aimed at women 50+ and older adult audiences.

I'm looking for someone with strong emotional and narrative instincts to work with me on video title generation. This is NOT a technical role — no editing, no thumbnails, no SEO tools, no coding.

You do NOT need prior YouTube experience. I have a complete training course and I coach the person 1-on-1 daily while they learn. What I need from you is the raw material I can't teach: emotional sensitivity, comfort with narrative, sound judgment, and reliability, human behavior & psychology understanding. The YouTube-specific system, the channels, the audiences, the tool — all of that I teach you step by step.

Once trained, the role is about judgment and context. I have an AI title-generation tool that produces title ideas. Your job is to:

Understand each channel's audience deeply (you learn this fro ---------- over the first weeks) — who they are, what emotional state they're in when they open YouTube, what promise makes them click a story vs scroll past.
Write context notes for the AI tool — telling it why one past title worked and another flopped, so its next batch is smarter.
Judge AI output — pick which titles hit the emotional target and reject the ones that miss. Explain why in a way I can trust.
Study competitor channels — spot patterns in what's currently working in the genre and bring examples back.

The hardest part of this role is the emotional decoding. The AI produces technically-correct titles all day; what it misses is the specific human ache that makes a 62-year-old woman stop scrolling. That's what you'll bring — and what I can't train into someone who doesn't already have it inside them.

*Who you are

You are a heavy consumer of emotional storytelling as a personal hobby. Romance novels, family-drama channels, K-dramas, telenovelas, memoir podcasts, real-life story channels — one or more of these are things you already spend hours on for fun.
You can articulate why a story works, not just that it does.
You're comfortable pushing back when the AI (or I) suggests something that feels wrong.
You're reliable and consistent. This role is daily, long-term, and requires you to be present. If your life has frequent emergencies or health issues that regularly interrupt work, this is not the role for you.
Written English is fluent.




*Compensation & Schedule

$2 USD / hour.

Performance bonuses kick in once you're fully integrated with the team and the channels you work on start generating consistent view volume. The better the videos perform, the more you earn on top of your hourly. This is a real "grow with us" role — I want the person who lands this to be earning meaningfully more within 6-12 months than they started.

4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (20 hrs/week). During Training. Maybe 6-8h when you dominate the work and we increase the volume of actual channels.

Long-term position — I expect 12+ months minimum from the right person
