Probolsky Research is growing our employee research practice, and we are hiring the person who will run it.

The work includes designing, fielding, analyzing, and reporting on employee engagement surveys and 360-degree feedback assessments for our corporate, government, and nonprofit clients - and then helping those clients act on what they learn. You will deliver executive briefings, facilitate results-interpretation and action-planning sessions, and build the toolkits (manager discussion guides, action-plan templates, train-the-trainer materials, post-survey communication plans) that turn findings into next steps.

We are a research firm. We offer employee surveys with a consultative approach - results translated into practical action plans.

What you will own:
- The full survey lifecycle: questionnaire design, programming, fielding, analysis, reporting
- Executive presentations and results debriefs for senior leadership
- Action-planning deliverables at the department and organization level

Required qualifications:
- 5+ years delivering employee engagement/experience survey programs (at a consulting firm, survey provider, or in-house)
- You have personally presented survey results to senior executives and facilitated action planning
- Experience with at least one major survey platform: Qualtrics, Culture Amp, Alchemer, SurveyMonkey, or similar
- Exceptional English proofreading and editing ability
- Strong communication skills; comfortable advising senior executives
- A bachelor's degree or higher

A plus, not required:
- A degree or coursework in industrial-organizational psychology, organizational development, or statistics
