JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for our Founding Product Engineer—someone who wants to build more than software. This is an opportunity to become one of the first members of our team and help create a platform that will evolve over many years.

Position Summary

As our Founding Product Engineer, you will work directly with the Founder to transform business concepts into a scalable SaaS platform using ---------- . You will own the technical foundation of the product, establish development standards, and create systems that future developers can build upon.

This is a long-term career opportunity, not a short-term freelance project.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain the Scale Smart ---------- platform.
Develop scalable database architecture and reusable workflows.
Build secure user authentication and role-based access.
Develop dashboards, assessments, reporting, and administrative tools.
Integrate OpenAI and third-party APIs.
Optimize application performance and user experience.
Document architecture, workflows, and development standards.
Recommend improvements to product features and technical architecture.
Collaborate with leadership on product strategy and roadmap.
Support future developers through clean, maintainable development practices.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous platform improvement.

Qualifications
2+ years of ---------- development experience.
Experience building SaaS applications.
Strong database and API integration skills.
Experience with OpenAI or other AI integrations preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Professional English proficiency.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
