# Creator Partnerships Manager (Part-Time)

### Pay

* USD $250/month
* * USD $40 for every approved podcast booked
* * USD $40 for every approved creator collaboration booked

I create content for Australian men aged 18-30, mainly tradies and young guys who want to make more money, improve themselves and create more freedom in their life.

I want someone who understands my content and can help me get in front of more of the right people.

## Your Job

Your job is simple.

Help grow my personal brand by finding great podcasts and creators for me to collaborate with.

You will:

* Find podcasts that fit my audience.
* Find creators with similar audiences.
* Send personalised outreach (no copy and paste messages).
* Follow up with people who don't reply.
* Book everything into my calendar.
* Keep track of all conversations and opportunities.

## The Goal

I live in Dubai, so I don't want random bookings spread throughout the year.

Instead, I want to batch everything together.

For example, if I'm travelling back to Australia or the USA, I want multiple podcasts and creator collaborations already booked before I arrive.

The goal is to make every trip as productive as possible so I can film a large amount of content in a short period of time.

## Who I'm Looking For

You are:

* Fluent in English.
* Organised.
* Reliable.
* Good at building relationships.
* Confident writing personalised messages.
* Interested in social media, YouTube and podcasts.
* Excited to grow with a personal brand long term.

Experience is a bonus, but it isn't required if you're willing to learn.
