JOB OVERVIEW

Omnia Homes is a residential builder based in Melbourne, Australia, specialising in custom homes, knockdown rebuilds and dual-occupancy projects.

We are seeking an experienced Philippines-based residential estimator for ongoing project-based work.

The main responsibility will be completing accurate residential quantity take-offs from architectural, structural and civil drawings.

Required experience:

Minimum 3–4 years of Australian residential construction estimating experience.
Strong understanding of Australian residential construction terminology and methods.
Experience completing detailed trade-by-trade quantity take-offs.
Experience using PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Buildxact, Cubit, Excel or similar software.
Ability to identify drawing discrepancies, missing information and RFIs.
Strong written English and attention to detail.

Engagement:

Freelance, project-based work.
Standard residential take-offs generally paid at A$110–A$140 per project, depending on size and complexity.
Larger custom homes and dual occupancies will be priced separately.
Regular ongoing work may be available for reliable candidates.
Shortlisted applicants will complete a paid test project.
