Senior Digital Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 5+ years’ professional experience (7+ years highly regarded) to join our growing Australian digital marketing agency.

This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Philippine Time (40 hours per week).

We’re looking for someone who produces premium-quality work, works efficiently, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys creating designs that not only look exceptional but also help businesses grow.

You’ll work across a wide range of industries producing creative assets including:

* Website design
* Landing page design
* Social media advertising creative (Meta, Google &Display)
* Organic social media graphics
* Brand identity and logo design
* Presentation design (PowerPoint, pitch decks and proposals)
* Marketing collateral
* eBooks, lead magnets and downloadable resources

While branding experience is advantageous, our primary focus is finding an exceptional all-round senior designer who can consistently produce outstanding digital marketing creative.

Experience & Skills

We’re looking for someone who has:

* 5+ years’ professional graphic design experience (7+ years preferred)
* Experience producing premium-quality commercial design
* Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
* Experience designing modern websites and high-converting landing pages
* Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding and user experience
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality
* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines

Highly Desirable

* Experience working within a digital marketing agency
* Multimedia design experience (video editing, motion graphics, animation or similar)
* Experience creating creative assets for paid advertising campaigns

Working Hours

This is a full-time remote position working:

Monday to Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm Philippine Time
40 hours per week

This is a full-time position with an Australian digital marketing agency. During working hours, tea ---------- mbers are expected to be fully engaged and dedicated to their role.

As part of our normal operating procedures, we use time tracking and screen monitoring software to accurately record hours worked and support transparent payroll processes. This helps ensure accountability, fairness, and productivity across our remote team.

We’re looking for professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional work, communicate openly, and are committed to producing their best during working hours.
