JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a talented freelance writer to help write across three editorial newsletters on Substack.

This is not a ghostwriting role where you’ll be asked to invent opinions. Instead, you’ll be working from my ideas, research, voice notes, and point of view to help transform them into polished, engaging pieces that feel like they came from the publication itself.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

* Have exceptional writing and editing skills.
* Can write in an institutional or publication voice rather than a personal blogging style.
* Understand how to adapt your writing to different editorial brands while maintaining consistency.
* Have a genuine interest in beauty, fragrance, luxury, lifestyle, or entrepreneurship.
* Know how to organize information into compelling, easy-to-read stories.
* Are comfortable taking feedback and refining drafts.
* Are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Experience writing for newsletters, magazines, digital publications, or editorial brands is a strong plus.

What you’ll be doing

* Turning outlines, transcripts, research, and voice notes into finished newsletter drafts.
* Matching the established voice of each publication.
* Collaborating on article structure, headlines, and flow.
* Occasionally conducting light research to support stories.
* Revising pieces based on editorial feedback.
