JOB OVERVIEW

Experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Virtual Assistant

Open Key Property Group LLC is seeking one experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Virtual Assistant to support our growing U.S. wholesaling business. We are looking for someone who already understands the day-to-day operations of a wholesaling company and can make an immediate impact with minimal training.

This is NOT an entry-level position.

If you have not worked for a U.S. real estate wholesaling company before, please do not apply.

Pay: $4.00 USD/hour
Schedule:
- Full-Time (36–42 hours per week)
- Monday through Saturday
- Approximately 6–7 hours per day
- Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time Business Hours (9am-5pm)
- Schedule may vary based on lead volume and business needs
Long-Term Position

Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
- Pull and organize property lists using DealMachine
- Import and clean lead lists
- Manage SMS campaigns
- Follow up with seller leads
- Call new leads
- Qualify motivated sellers
- Schedule appointments for acquisitions
- Update lead statuses and notes
- Complete daily administrative tasks
- Assist with acquisitions and lead management

Minimum Requirements:

- Previous experience working for a U.S. real estate wholesaling company
- Minimum 1 year of real estate virtual assistant experience
- Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Experience using DealMachine
- Experience with SMS marketing
- Strong Cold Calling Experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable computer
- High-speed internet
- Ability to work U.S. business hours
