JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Expert to serve as a high-level advisor and task planner for our web team. This is a very lightweight role requiring **no more than 5 hours per week**. You will not be doing the heavy daily execution; instead, your role is to review our websites, design clear SEO plans/tasks, instruct our junior tea ---------- mbers on what to execute, and review the quality of their work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Run periodic technical and strategic SEO checks across our web properties.
• Create actionable SEO plans and step-by-step task lists for our team to follow (On-page, Off-page, Backlinking, GSC fixes).
• Guide and instruct junior tea ---------- mbers on how to execute tasks effectively.
• Review completed tasks to ensure high-quality output, proper implementation, and accuracy.
• Track overall progress and adjust strategies based on ranking results.

REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVES):
• Minimum 2+ years of proven SEO experience (Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page).
• Strong leadership and organization skills to break complex SEO needs into clear tasks for others.
• Deep familiarity with Google Search Console, keyword strategy, and technical audit tools.
• Ability to communicate instructions clearly and provide constructive feedback to tea ---------- mbers.
• Availability for up to 5 hours a week for quick check-ins, task assignments, and reviews.
