JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for someone who ALREADY knows how to make AI UGC videos — not someone
who wants to learn from scratch.

I've attached an example video. This is exactly the style and quality level I need.
Watch it before you apply.

THE WORKLOAD
6 finished CTA videos per day, each 1 to 2 minutes long.
That's the job. It's a real volume and I want you to know that before you apply.

It's doable because the process is systemized — I give you the script, the
reference video, and the exact prompts. You're not inventing anything from
scratch. But you do need to be fast, organized, and able to keep the same
quality on video #6 as on video #1.

If you can only do 2-3 a day at good quality, tell me honestly in your
application. I'd rather know now.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Generating AI avatars / AI characters that talk (Google VEO Flow)
- Assembling everything in CapCut: cuts, captions, timing, background music
- Working from scripts I provide, matching the exact look of my reference videos
- Checking every clip before it goes in — no broken generations, no bad lip sync
- Exporting vertical 9:16, 1080x1920 MP4

WHAT I ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT
Quality at volume. I need 6 a day, but I don't want 6 rushed ones. You need to
be the kind of person who re-generates a clip because the hands look wrong or
the lip sync is half a second off — not the kind who ships it and hopes I don't
notice. Speed should come from knowing your tools, not from cutting corners.

REQUIREMENTS (please read, I skip applications that ignore this)
1. You MUST send me examples of AI videos you've personally made. Links to the
actual videos, not a resume, not a portfolio site with stock work. If you
have made something close to my example video, lead with that one.
2. Real CapCut experience — captions, keyframes, audio ducking, speed ramps,
without me explaining them.
3. Hands-on experience with at least one AI video tool (Google VEO / Flow,
Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Sora, etc.). Tell me which ones and what
you used them for.
4. Consistency. Same hours, same days, every week. This is an ongoing long-term
role, not a one-off project. I'm not interested in someone who disappears
after month one.
5. A computer that can actually handle exporting 6 videos a day without
crashing, and reliable internet.

NICE TO HAVE
- You watch short-form content and have opinions on why some hooks work
- Experience with UGC / DTC ads, supplements, skincare, or pet products
- Basic understanding of ad compliance (no medical claims, no "cures")
